Refund policy
Returns of Physical Products
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refund / Exchange / Conversion of Treatment/Services
There is no refund or conversion of paid or prepaid amounts unless it is due to medical indications and is certified by our appointed doctors or it is stated at the point of sales. If package/program conversion or refund is approved by us on an exceptional basis, the conversion or refund amount will be calculated as follows: [refund or conversion amount = Purchased Item Value – (no of used session x treatment ala carte price)]. All conversion and refund request(s) must be emailed to hello@sharyln.co by the requesting customer. We will not respond to a third-party request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sharyln.co or Whatsapp to +6581813681 and send your item back to our address reflected on our website.
Gifts
Gifts are non-refundable. However, if the gifts given are not suitable for your condition, we may be able to exchange them for other products or services. Please contact us.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please send them to the store address provided in our website.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Alternatively, we are pleased to do the exchange or return physically at our shop.
